Manifesting Positive Things in Life

What is Manifestation?

You may be familiar with manifestation, or the laws of attraction… but if you are not, then this blog is for you!

The law of attraction is a philosophy that tells you that you can attract anything you want.

Manifestation is the process of turning a specific desired outcome into a reality through focused visualization, unwavering belief, and intentional action.

To some people, manifesting sounds like something for the “woo-woo”. But it’s actually a very powerful tool for setting and achieving goals.

When it comes down to it, manifestation is about envisioning what you want for your life, believing you can make those goals a reality, and acting in alignment with those beliefs to achieve your desired outcome.

Even though manifesting is about turning dreams into reality, it does require you to take proactive steps towards those dreams, so you shouldn’t expect anything to change overnight whilst you sleep.

Meditate on future outcomes

To start manifesting, be clear about your goals.

While everyone approaches manifestation differently, you should follow a few basic principles.

First, and perhaps most importantly, you need to know exactly what you want. You are the only one who dreams your dreams, so whether it’s a happier relationship or a better and more fulfilling job, know it and own it!

Whatever you desire, though, one thing is essential: Make your intention as specific as possible. The clearer and more concise, the better really.

Write down your intentions or create a vision board

When you’ve pinpointed exactly what your hopes, dreams, and goals are, you need to ask the universe for what you want. This can be done in a variety of ways. It can be prayer, meditation, visualization, speaking your intentions out loud, a vision board and/or a ‘future box’ which is a container full of pictures of items you want to manifest - but you need to say exactly what you want.

Writing out your intentions is one of those forces of energy. It can be even more effective than simply speaking them into existence because it turns your dreams into matter.

Vision board for your goals

Work towards your goals.

Manifesting is known as co-creating because it’s a collaboration between you and the Universe. Which is exactly why knowing what you want is only half the battle, you will not see any results without action.

Working towards your goals include things such as making your mental health a priority, breaking ties with toxic people and letting go of past regrets.

Material Manifesting

Manifesting material things can be a very misunderstood concept as your dream objects don’t just spring out of the ground!

It’s the changes in our attitudes and beliefs that cause changes in behaviours and habits that bring the ‘things’.  Along with the listed steps above, practicing mindfulness and gratitude are great tools to promote positivity and help you work towards the end goal.

Even though many people manifest material items such as money, houses and even money, manifesting towards positive things such as resilience, positive wellbeing and domestic happiness are more lasting. Once you have achieved these in life, you will then have the powers to achieve anything you set your mind on.

Manifest the simple things in life

Applying the skills that allow you to manifest great, worthwhile experiences can take time. Be patient, though. With diligence, you’ll start to inch toward refreshed goals with a sense of expectation and delight, and you’ll learn how to manifest your best life instead of settling for less!
